From the final
whistle to the feed.
The workflow
- 01
Watch live
I monitor matches in real time and look for moments with strong content potential.
- 02
Log moments
Key actions are timestamped as they happen so nothing important is missed.
- 03
Prioritise
Each clip is rated by potential and assigned a role within possible edits.
- 04
Build the narrative
I choose the strongest storyline and gather the supporting footage around it.
- 05
Edit and package
I cut with pace, add sound, captions and platform-ready visual packaging.
- 06
Publish fast
The finished content is released while interest around the moment is still peaking.
Inside the Ronaldo edit
During Khusanov’s match against Portugal, I logged relevant moments live, rated their content potential and assigned each clip a purpose within possible edits.
| Time | Priority | Moment | Role |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pre-match | ★★ | Ronaldo leaves the dugout | Introduction |
| Pre-match | ★★ | Khusanov walkout | Counterpart introduction |
| 8:55 | ★★★ | Khusanov block | First defensive beat |
| 15:00 | ★★ | Ronaldo free kick | Tension builder |
| 36:50 | ★★ | Ronaldo and Khusanov close-up | Rivalry visual |
| 42:00 | ★★ | Interception and clearance | Supporting action |
| 45+5:30 | 🔥🔥 | Goal-line clearance on Ronaldo | Main viral moment |
| 45+5:30+ | 🔥 | Multiple replay angles | Final payoff |
By the time the decisive moment happened, the introduction, tension and supporting footage had already been identified.

The final edit combined the pre-match introductions, Ronaldo-focused tension shots, earlier defensive actions and the stoppage-time clearance into one compact story.

Stopping the swipe
On short-form platforms, the first one or two seconds determine whether the viewer stays or swipes.
The opening frame must immediately establish the player, moment or reason to care. A 70.8% stayed-to-watch rate shows that my strongest openings consistently stop more viewers than they lose.

Creating for the audience
My audience is not one single demographic. Content-level performance shows that personality, lifestyle and funny Khusanov moments engage strongly with the channel’s substantial female audience.
Faster tackles, blocks and action-led edits tend to attract a more male-heavy audience. I deliberately create for both groups, balancing personality-led and performance-led formats to increase reach, views and subscriptions.
Data turns into better titles, stronger openings, smarter edits and more of the content people actually want to watch.
